Hello,

The SDM Catalog (version 1.0.4.369 released on September 19th, 2014) seems to be missing data for some HP models and that is causing SDM to display that particular error message.

We alerted the appropriate team in regards to this issue.

Thanks for letting us know.

They corrected the 8570P, but 9470M and HP 650 G1 are still broken.
