Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
After Saturday update from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 SoftPaq Download Manager does not start
Tried both versions available for 64 bit system.
Version 3.6.2. - Windows for a few seconds displaed a message about trying to solve the problem.
Version 4.0.0 - no message
In both cases there is active work of the hard drive but the program does not open
From third-party programs programs installed only Avast Premier.
In Event Viewer Application and System Log shows no errors related with SDM
HP Probook 470 G2, i5-4210,Video Intel/AMD,Ram 8gb,HD1Tb,OS 64bit.
