Hello @woolley22, Greetings!
Thank you for joining HP Support Forums. I came across your post and I would be happy to assist you 🙂
I understand you are having issues while using the wireless feature on your laptop. Try the below mentioned steps to fix the issue:
- First, unplug the USB cable from the printer & PC.
- Click the bottom-left Start button on desktop, type device manager in the search box and tap Device Manager on the menu.
- Once in device manager, expand the Network-Adapter.
- Right-click the name of your wireless network adapter, then select Uninstall.
- When the Confirm Device Uninstall screen is displayed, click OK and wait for the device to be uninstalled. (Do not select the check box which says “delete the driver software for this device)
- Once done, restart your computer and check.
If the above steps do not help your case, please visit http://hp.care/2cGcVE2 and follow the steps mentioned to try and fix the issue.
Let me know how it goes. Have a nice day!
Cheers 🙂
