Product: Sprocket 2200
Operating System: iOS 12 - 12.0.1

Hello, all of my pictures are miscolored. They print with a rose colored tint nothing like the preview.  It’s frustrating. I’ve tried searching solutions and have done my best to make sure I have the correct paper, fully charged, resetting, reinstalling, upgrading software , disabling the embedded experience. Nothing works and I know I’m not alone in this problem. 

 

What do do I do from here? When I first got it, it was great and it all went downhill fast.

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

We might be able to improve the print quality by cleaning the Sprocket paper path rollers and disabling the reveal feature on HP Sprocket app. Try steps 3 and 4 from this document.
