I am also experiencing the same problem. 😞 I already did what he did and will be trying to follow your (HP asst) advice. This will only be my 2nd pack of Zink paper and I can't understand if I have to replace my printer this soon. It hasn't been a year since I bought this. 😞

Upgrading the printer firmware and cleaning the paper path rollers should improve the HP Sprocket print quality. Please try steps 3, 4 and 5 from this document.
