Blue Tint not being addressed/ acknowledged

I just got a message about my Issue being out of Warranty. How can it be out of warranty when I bought it June 21 2021 and I reported the problem on  the website on June 24th 2021, and got a DM from you on 7/22/21- based on my website post. I have tried many times registering my printer on the website that they tell you to register it, and the website doesn't recognize it. So now I'm out the money on the printer and all the paper I have bought to try and "fix" the issue. 

I have attached a picture of the same pictures being printed on the HP Sprocket and on a Cannon IVY. There is a clear blue tint on your pictures.  I want this resolved IMG_0098 2.JPG
