As the title says, I opened this, set it up, loaded the paper, and I continually get a Paper Jam error. There is no jam. I have opened it up, removed the paper, restarted the printer with the paper reloaded as well. Am still getting the printer jam error!
The paper is inserted correctly with the blue paper, print side down, and the rest of the paper sheets, shiny side up.
It is fully charged, there are no errors in the app, other than the notification that the printer has a paper jam.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The firmware is up-to-date.
Any help would be appreciated, please do NOT tell me to repeat the steps I've stated above.
