The HP Sprocket printer is only intended for mobile devices, it is supported on Android or iOS and not on any other OS.

Again, this isn't really true. You can indeed print from a PC to the Sprocket.  But keep this in mind:

1. The PC MUST have bluetooth.

2. Connect the Sprocket and PC via Bluetooth.

3. Then use the SEND FILE app from the PC Bluetooth driver to the Sprocket.

4. It will PRINT.

 

But:

 

5. You will just be SENDING a photo file.  You won't get the controls that the app has.  But it CAN be done--I've done it with several devices and it works fine.
