I have done this but mine are still printing crap they aren’t bright enough and the photo I am printing are clear and bright but come out light and crap

I understand that Sprocket has a print quality issue.

Appreciate your efforts!

 

Don't worry I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

 

Use genuine HP Sprocket Photo Paper.

 

Follow the below steps to reset the sprocket

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Locate the reset button near the charging port.

  3. Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.

    The printer resets and turns off.

  4. Turn on the printer.
