Hello,
So I started printing pictures off of my Sprocket today and it lost connection. I tried to reconnect it using the Sprocket app and I got the message, "Problem with Setup", I tried reconnecting a couple more times and I had no luck. I then selected "Forget Printer" and decided to reconnect the printer to the app. When I tried doing so, it asked me to "Select an Accessory" and the name of the HP Sprocket Printer did not show up. I restarted my phone and luckily, the accessory showed up, but it the message, "Problem with Setup" came up again. I even tried reinstalling the app and nothing has worked. Please help!

Same problem, I managed to print one (very pink) photo and then suddenly the app cannot connect to the sprocket anymore. I also try resetting the printer but no luck. Also I find ridiculous that there is no way of talking to a person unless you pay (a not specified amount).
Too much trouble and too little support.
