Dark lines appearing on my prints

I have have lines appearing across my photos.  I have tried resetting, running the orange card through again and changing out the paper, but to no avail.  I have only had my printer for 2 months.  Can I exchange it with Hp or do I need to go to Best Buy where I purchased it?  Loved my first set of pictures but disappointed and frustrated as I waste photo paper!

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

I tried what was listed, which I had already stated in my original post.  So I ran back through it just in case.  I am wasting paper and continue to have 3 curving or sometimes straight dark lines through my prints.  What else do you recommend?  Or again how do I exchange this product and try again??  Frustrated...
