I entered wrong information for the app to access Facebook and now it will not allow me to re-sign in. It automatically uses the wrong info. I have rest the printer and I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing is working

Let's try and reset the sprocket -
Make sure the printer is on.
Remove the paper cover.
Locate the Reset button.
With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.
Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
