Printer fully charged, firmware upgraded.  Only using HP Zink paper.  Put the appropriate blue sheet though a number of times.  Turned off the Reveal function (although having to disable functions in an attempt to get the product to work properly is exceptionally poor).  Rarely print more than one image at a time so it's not too hot.  Photos still very, very pink.  When you have done all of the advised steps and your photos are still PINK what are you meant to do? Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I can see lots of customers have had the same issue and had I known of the problem in advance I wouldn't have bought a Sprocket.
