I used this sprocket 200 perfectly with my old iPhone 7s.  then I upgraded to an iPhone 11 and a new iPad and I cannot get either to pair with the sprocket.

On both devices, when I go to "Add new Printer" within the sprocket app, it finds the device easily and all seems well until after configuration when the error message says "Problem with Setup" (on both ipad AND iPhone 11).  But it won't tell me what that problem is.

I have tried ALL the hints on this stream (Turning off iphone, deleting Sprocket from Bluetooth list, resetting Sprocket, you name it!

I tried to pair on (now my son's) old Iphone 7S and it works, BUT I DON't Have photos there anymore.  So it must be an issue with newer generation Iphones and iPads.
HELP!!  Many thanks!

Hi @Heidi22

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.

Please try updating your iPhone using these steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue still persists, un-install and re-install the HP Sprocket app, latest version from the App Store.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

It worked!  I also reloaded app and reconnected via Bluetooth.  Looks like app was updated between when I tried as it appeared different.

Loaded perfectly with no issues.

Many thanks!
