Everytime I print pictures on my sprocket, it always leaves a white space on top

Most of the HP Sprocket print quality issues can be resolved by upgrading the sprocket firmware and cleaning the paper path rollers. You may use the steps available in this document to troubleshoot and resolve HP Sprocket print quality issues.
