HP sprocket studio
iOS

I just purchased the sprocket studio and set it up according to instructions. It is connected. However every time I try to print it it gives me a printer jam. There is no printer jam in there never has been one. I have done a hard reset, I have removed everything that was suggested in the frequently asked questions. And it still says paper jam. Again, there is no jam in there never has been.

Hi @PACERS

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

Disconnect the power cord or power bank from the printer, and then wait 30 seconds.

NOTE:

A reset does not clear any personalized settings, such as custom names or colors.

Disconnecting the power cord

  1. Wait while the printer attempts to clear the paper jam.

  2. Remove any ejected paper from the front or back of the printer.

  3. Open the paper tray cover.

    Opening the paper tray cover

  4. Remove any loose photo paper from the paper tray, and then check for and remove any bent, wrinkled, or torn paper.

  5. Hold the photo paper by its sides, and then reload it into the paper tray with the HP logos facing down.

    NOTE:

Loading more than a single pack of photo paper can cause paper jams and printing issues.

Loading paper into the input tray

  6. Close the paper tray cover.

  7. On the HP sprocket app message, tap Resume to start printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
