Does anybody or anyone from HP team here can guide me in claiming the warranty for the Sprocket product in Singapore? Would like to make an appointment to go down the service center but I cannot find any details to contact the service center in Singapore. Please advise. Thank You!!!
Thank you for your advice. I have emailed and I received reply from email@example.com regarding this matter. I was told that they are unable to process a warranty exchange and asked me to go through the vendor instead, What should I do next? Please advise, thank you.
