I was recently gifted a HP Sprocket and I think it's actually defective. I've tried everything to fix it. I updated, I used the blue paper, I used different paper, I've tried printed different resolutions and from different devices. Sadly, there's no real way to call HP as they never pick up the numbers I've been given.

Is there anything I can do? It's definitely still in warranty, it's not even 4 months old.
