HP Sprocket

Hi, my hp sprocket printer has been fully charged, latest firmware has been installed and blue zinc paper has been placed below the film stack with bar code facing down. However, I have tried printing multiple times with the same result observed. Photos attached.

Hi @Katie82

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the HP Sprocket? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

While you respond to that, try these steps - HP Sprocket Printers - Improving Print Quality

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

How did firmware 1.1.8 ruin the device?  Mine's at 1.1.8 too and I have the white lines at the end of photos too. It's really frustrating coz I followed all steps in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/sprocket/sprocket-Improving-Bad-Print-Quality/td-p/6333506 and nothing works.
