Hello, I tried to charge my sprocket this morning and it wouldnt work at all. No LEDs  are lighting up, its not connecting to my phone, nothing. The charger is a bit loose and falls out a bit easily, but I’m unsure if thats the issue because its always been like that. Can someone help me?
