I have a Sproket Select that’s just over a year old. I’ve browsed the forums and the internet to see what might be the issue, and I’ve done everything that’s been suggested, with no improvement.
I’ve reset the Sproket, unpaired the printer, deleted the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, repaired the printer, reinstalled the printer on the app, re-run the print quality page, and nothing.
I’ve reset the printer and re-paired it multiple times, and no change.
I‘ve also tried using my iPad, and it also won’t print from there.
