HP Recommended

Used my sprocket once and it worked perfectly. Went to charge it and a red light comes on but turns off after a few seconds and does not turn on again. Now the sprocket won’t turn on at all and no lights appear. Have left it charging overnight and then again the next day but still no response. Tried the reset button but nothing happens. What’s wrong with it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the sprocket issue.

 

Please try these steps - HP Sprocket 200 Printers - Blinking Red Charging Indicator Light

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your Sprocket.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
