HP Recommended

My HP Sprocket Studio Printer will NOT connect to my Bluetooth of my phone. I’ve tried resetting my phone, wifi, and printer. When I get through the whole process of connecting it on my mobile app it brings me to (select your printer name) then once it so and so “connects” it says (select an accessory) by the way THERE IS NO ACCESSORY and it’s BLANK. I’ve tried redoing this process for 3 days straight. I want my nice hp printer to work. Thanks. 😐
