my Hp Sprocket is not appearing in the Bluetooth list.

the resting is not working as the printer stay permanently on

i tried to rest both my Iphone and the printer

@Nabil814249, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Have you tried following the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers - Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print to isolate and resolve the issue?

 

Also, was the printer connected to any other device before connecting to your iOS device? If yes, disconnect the printer from all previously connected devices. Forget the printer from Bluetooth settings.

 

Now, restart the printer and your mobile device. Try connecting.
