Hp sprocket is not seen on ios 11.4

iOS

Hello, my sprocket cannot be find on ios 11.4 apple devices but my laptop and ios 11.2 ipad can see on bluetooth list. Tried to reset device, cheked for app update and also my phone is up to date which is the problem. Thanks.

i have contacted support. in turkey there is no support for this device so American support center refused to help me since im Turkish so Such a bad globalisation and policy of help center my problem was about software not hardware and software can be reached anywhere has an internet. Have nice days since i am feeling scammed.
