hp sprocket prints with a pink hue. Tried resetting, running blue sheet through again and several packets of paper...still pink. Definitely have a lemon. Would like it replaced

I understand your HP Sprocket is consistently printing with a pink hue despite resetting it, running the blue calibration sheet, and trying different packs of paper, it does seem like there may be a hardware issue with the printer. Here's what you can do:

 

  • Update Firmware: Ensure that your HP Sprocket's firmware is up-to-date. You can do this through the HP Sprocket app.
  • Use Genuine HP ZINK Paper: Double-check that you are using genuine HP ZINK paper. Non-genuine paper might cause printing issues.
  • Clean the Rollers: Sometimes debris or dust can cause color issues. Try gently cleaning the rollers of your Sprocket.
