Product: Hp sprocket photo printer 2200

I have the problem that when i print it cames with this with lines or streaks, i have done all the steps that they mention including reseting it and puting new paper, i algo did contact the HP suport and it wasnt any help at all. I have wasted 11 paper sheets, i included some photos just so you know what im talking about
