I bought a HP Sprocket studio and when I tried to print it kept saying that I had to change cartridge. So I changed cartridge and tried again again the same message…also when trying to get the cartridge out the film ripped on both cartridges…so I sent that one back and bought a new machine and the same thing has happened…am very annoyed that the same message comes up ..I followed all in instructions for set up ..and it starts to print then stop with error message to change cartridge…brand new Machine, How can a new machine and cartridge have same problems on 2 different machines..

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As you have already replaced the cartridges, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
