Hi @CaroRojas4,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

It sounds like your HP Sprocket 200 is having some connectivity issues. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart Your Phone: Sometimes, restarting your phone can help resolve connectivity issues.

Check Bluetooth Settings: Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that it is paired with the printer.

Update the Sprocket App: Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Sprocket app installed on your phone.

Check for Firmware Updates: Open the HP Sprocket app, go to the Menu, select Sprocket, and then select Printers. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.

Forget and Re-pair the Printer: In your phone's Bluetooth settings, forget the HP Sprocket connection, and then re-pair it with the printer.

Reset the Printer: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printer. To do this, find the reset button (usually a small hole) on the printer, use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds, and then release it.

If you're still experiencing issues, it might be helpful to contact HP Support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Nothing of that works, I must have to buy a new one, because no one help me.
