I want answer is to why my Hp PC won't download images like it use to off line

Good Day.  Thank you for posting your query in the HP community.  I read the post regarding issues with the computer not downloading images like before. I will be delighted to assist you here.

Superb description and spectacular troubleshooting and commendable diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. 🙂

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:

  • When did this first begin?
  • What online images are you referring to?
  • Is it an image from a website or from a browser?
  • Please let me know the complete model# of the computer and the operating system installed on it.
  • Please share a screenshot or a picture of the error message that you get when you try to download?

Please furnish all this information to assist you better.

  • .For a start please try these steps:
  • Please reset the browser (Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge) to factory settings and check again.
  • This should do the trick for you. If it does not, then please try with a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox. These browsers can be downloaded by doing a google search.

Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, Going by your technical expertise and competence I am sure you will be able to perform these steps without breaking a sweat. 🙂
