I can't get the cartridge tray back into the printer M278-M281
12-08-2020 02:24 PM

I replaced the cartridges on the M278-M281 that has a pull out tray. But now the tray will not go back into the printer. Any suggestions? It won't slide in after much machinations (and an engineer husband's effort as well). It doesn't appear to be broken, it just won't lock in so I can close the door and it will slide in. Thanks
