HP Recommended

I have a HP Sprocket 200. It was JUST working fine. I ran out of paper. I inserted a brand new package f paper, with the colored card face-down. But it keeps saying I'm "Out of Paper." I even tried putting in another brand new pack of paper. Same result. I restarted it, and reset it. Nothing there either. Still "Out of paper." Firmware is updated. It's fully charged.

 

This is a common problem with no resolution, it seems. I can't find it if so.
