Brand New HP Studio Sprocket printer. I previously owned the same printer. I cannot insert the ink cartridge without using a small amount of force. When I do - it will not print and says to insert a new cartridge. Very difficult to remove cartridge from printer. When it is removed the ink paper is either very damaged or very creased.
I previously owned the studio and had no problems with it, so I know what I am doing with the printer and cartridges. Never had a problem inserting ink cartridges. This one is very difficult and almost has to be jammed in. I tried three different cartridges with the same result. I have now used all 3 cartridges that I received.
