Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I have a go sprocket printer that has been working fine but now it’s printing each image with vertical black lines (4 black lines). I’ve tried changing the paper (it’s official HP paper) and it’s firmware is up to date. Any suggestions?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
