My hp sprocket will not turn on

Please can you help i bought my daughter the hp sprocket for christmas and she loves it. She printed 3 pictures and wasnt sure how to tirn it off. Went back to it after 3 days and it would not turn on so she charged it and it still wont turn on after being charged.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, the sprocket is not powering on.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help! 

Let's try these steps -

1) Turn on the printer.
2) Locate the Reset button near the charging port.

3) Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
4) Turn on the printer.
