Operating System: Android 5 Lollipop and older

Hi

I have had my sprocket for about a yearange now and it was working fine until now I went to go usee it but it will not connect but it says it is paired. I have already looked on Google and I have already tried to reset it delete the app restarto my phone but it won't work.

Hello, and welcome to the forum! I am the lucky owner of a Sprocket plus myself, and I found that it is a great little product. The Sprocket can only connect with one mobile device at a time. Please check that you don't have another mobile device paired with your Sprocket.  Hope this helps. I am not an employee of HP
