I have an HP sprocket and love it. I have printed many photos but then I started getting low quality photos with streaks across them. I thought maybe I needed a firm upgrade. When I click that option in the app menu, nothing happens. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again. I’ve reset my sprocket itself. I love using it so if anyone can help me that would be appreciated.

I see that there is an issue with the sprocket hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
