Product: Sprocket 200
Operating System: iOS
Brand new Sprocket 200 has never turned on.
the only light is a flashing red light when plugged in to a wall charging socket. There had never been a green or white light and the printer has never started. This means I am unable to sync to a device or continue to attempt to reboot the system.
I have attempted charging for 90minutes, restarting using the reset button, holding the power button (with no result) and leaving it off charge for some time and trying all of the above again.
I am disappointed in this product and am concerned I will now need to return it unused for a refund. It is unlikely I will purchase another similar product after this poor customer experience.
Please advise if this is a generic fault in the product.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Blinking Red Charging Indicator Light
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset
Hold the power button until LED flashes rapidly then release the button and press once more to power off. Then press again to power back on.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
