New sprocket will not connect.

HP Recommended

I bought my daughter a Sprocket 200 for Xmas. We can not connect it via Bluetooth tooth to any device. Between us we have tried 4 separate iPhones and 2 Android none can find it on Bluetooth. I have reset it as shown in manual but it appears that the Bluetooth is not working on it. 

Has anyone any ideas as I have an upset daughter.

We tried all f those things many times and not one of our 5 phones and 2 tablets can even find the sprocket via Bluetooth. Every time I either search for the printer or try to connect via Bluetooth it does not find anything. I know it's not a problem with any of the phones because I can connect them to other Bluetooth devices around the home with no issues.

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
