HP Sprocket
Android 9.0 Pie

I am using HP Sprocket 100. Every time I print, the image has white or other color lines on it. Moreover, the print quality is really dull. The image is completely unusable.

I am already using HP original printing paper and have calibrated my printer using the blue paper. The printer is also completely charged. I checked that the firmware is completely upgraded. I have also tried cleaning the printer and rollers but with no luck

It's really frustrating!!!

Welcome to HP Support community.

Use the HP sprocket app Autofix feature. On the print preview screen, tap Edit or the Edit icon , and then tap the Autofix wand  or . The app adjusts the photo automatically. Tap the Checkmark  to save the changes, and then tap the Print icon .

Hi Sandytechy20,

I tried using the autofix feature. The images are now smudged as well. I am unable to undo this either. Please help!

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

 I hope that helps.
