Hi, When I am printlint with The Sprocket I get a kind of Old look over The foto's. The White colour is not White but more Old White/ yellow kind of colour. They are not The same colour like on The iPhone no matter what i try. I am using The original hp zink paper.  Can you please tell me what to do. I saw exsamples on YouTube that where looking the same as the original so it should be possible. I would love to have the pictures more like the original foto.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Sprocket Photo Printer. I understand that you are getting print quality issue and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

Clean the output rollers with the blue HP ZINK® Smartsheet from the same pack of photo paper currently in the printer.

Update the printer firmware.

Allow the printer a few minutes to cool down between print jobs.

Store the photo paper in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with water.

Use clean, wrinkle-free photo paper.

Make sure images have a minimum resolution of 818 x 1258 pixels per inch (ppi) for optimal print quality.

Click here and refer the steps mentioned under "What cam I do to improve print quality?" in the document to perform above steps.

Let me know if that helps.

Cheers.
