My original Sprocket needs a firmware update but every time I tap it, nothing happens, I’ve reset & charged but still nothing. I believe this is why it is not printing colours correctly.

Thanks for sharing the details. 

 

Kindly go to the HP website and select the exact model/ serial number of your HP sprocket and select your current OS ver, and see if it is compatible. If yes you will find the firmware update. 

Also, let me know what is the error you are getting.

This doesn’t work, there is nowhere on the website to enter my serial number and IOS to find the compatibility. The link to the website just sends me round in circles & eventually refers me back to here. My app is already showing an update available but I click on it and nothing happens. I have the original sprocket and IOS 16.7.8 iPhone X.
