Is that a typical out come? Aside from the terrible white balance, there’s a complete lack of details with the print! The image was shot with a Sony A7II with a ring light so don’t even use image quality and lighting as an excuse like your automated assistant  did. Anyway, the image lacks details, clarity, and texture. It’s like a bad Instagram or Snapchat filter but less flattering. It’s almost jaundice with a case of Hepatitis in hue and slabbed on with Vaseline to soften the image. Also, note the black horizontal streak on my face and no it’s not just to this image since it’s all on the other 3 samples I’ve printed. Bought the Sprocket Studio from target today, installed the app on my iOS and iPadOS, made sure firmaware is up to date, places the paper glossy side up, and no fingerprints or marks are present. So now what?
