Product: HP Sprocket Plus Printer
Operating System: iOS

I've just bought a second-hand Hp Sprocket Plus printer.

I have an issue with the prints having a pink hue when they're not supposed to.

I think it says I have a firmware update at the top of the printer page under manage printers, but I cannot click on it. I've seen that being posted as a solution, but it won't react when I click on it. I use an iPhone 13 on iOS 17.0.3. I've had it in and out of the charger as I've seen some things won't work with it in, but that didn't help.

I've tried resetting it with the button next to the paper tray and I've tried resetting by holding the power button, didn't do anything.

The paper that was in it was from the previous buyer, I had 5 sheets and used 4 on pink-hued photos. I haven't bought any new ones so I don't have that blue slip that comes with the packages of printer paper. Will that help if I try and put a new packet in with that blue slip of paper?
Since it's an expired product and the warranty ran out long ago, is it even possible to fix it anymore when it's the first version of this kind of printer?

I hope someone can help me, I feel like I've tried anything..
