Hello Hamguy-2,

 

Unfortunately, you cannot send a print job from a computer with Windows 7 to your Sprocket. You'll need to install the HP sprocket app on a mobile device. You could email the photo to yourself, and then open it on your mobile device and send it that way. I hope this helps. 🙂

For those looking to print to Sprocket from Windows 10 or Windows 7 see the thread here.  I can confirm this works for me on Windows 10 as well.
