Product: HP Sprocket

I find the sprocket app is putting a wierd effect on my photos and over sharpening and adding too much contrast, is there a way I can print my photos without using the sprocket app?

Have you tried to Uninstall the app and reinstall the app?

Are you using IOS or Android?
