HP Sprocket

I find the sprocket app is putting a wierd effect on my photos and over sharpening and adding too much contrast, is there a way I can print my photos without using the sprocket app?

@banana85

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you tried to Uninstall the app and reinstall the app?

Are you using IOS or Android?

In the meantime, click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-sprocket-photo-printer/12635221/document/c05241268 for FAQs for HP Sprocket Photo Printers.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)
