Printed a pic and then did firmware update, now won’t print

I printed a picture and went back in to print another one and it said I had firmware update. I did the update and now it won’t print at all. I have reset it. I have turned my phone off and back on. I have turned the Sprocket off and back on. What else can I do? Thanks!

Have you tried the Sprocket with other devices?
