So I had a huge issue with the printer not waking up, spent last Friday night uninstalling and re-installing everything, and the printer now prints.
But, Instant Ink can't communicate with the printer. The ethernet cable is plugged in securely. We have an internet connection. and the computer can communicate with the printer.
What should I do? the online instructions are all about wireless printing issues -- we aren't going wireless because it can't be trusted. We are using a direct internet connection so the computer can find the printer.
