Hp zink sprocket
iOS
Hey, please help!

I’ve had my new sprocket for a short while now and I noticed that the pictures don’t come out with the right colour anymore. They have a pink haze over them and sometimes it’s yellow, it even comes out striped!

I’m so gutted because I actually really enjoyed my sprocket, I’ve tried resetting it, cleaning with the cleaning sheet a few times, and I keep up with the updates and such!

Please help me out, I really like the sprocket but right now, it’s just not doing it justice. I saved for such a long time to buy the sprocket I just can’t leave it like this!!!

Hi KM221
What was the solution to your issue?
I had the same thing happen to me and they ended up replacing the unit altogether. The newer one works great so far. (I’ve printed around 5 photos without issues)
I wasn’t thrilled that they sent me a refurbished unit, but as long as it works I’m happy.
Please post your resolution so that others can learn from it! Thanks!
