Operating System: iOS

I got my printer today. it printed two pictures and hooked up to the bluetooth right away. the printer suddenly turned off and after that the printer did not come up under the bluetooth anymore. have tried everything. what could be wrong? the "select an accessory" field is blank when I try to print. it cannot find the printer. tried with two iPhone phones and restarted everything. help me please.

@Lindapooh83, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To know how to setup the Sprocket, kindly refer to this document. 

If you are having issues while connecting or printing, perform the steps mentioned here.

 

Check for any software updates on the iOS device.

Go to Settings > General > Update the software
